FAQs

Contact Information

Q:  Where are you located?

A:   We have several locations across town; two land offices, one at Smoke Ranch and Rainbow on the Northwest side of town, and another at Sunset and Pecos on the Southeast side of town. We also have a state-of-the-art mobile dental office that travels to many of the hotel and casino properties on the Las Vegas Strip. Please call 702-869-8031 or Contact Us for specific Locations of the mobile dental office.

Insurance and Payment Plan

Q: How much would the services cost?

A:  One of our doctors would need to see you in order to give you an accurate diagnosis. Based on that diagnosis, a treatment plan with the fees would be presented to you.

Q: What will my first visit cost?

A:   The cost of your first visit depends on your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies cover the exam and x-rays at 100% but let us know what insurance you have and we can call to verify for you.

Q: What insurances do you accept?

A:   We accept most insurance plans. Please refer to the Patient Infosection of the website to see if we are in-network with your insurance provider.

Q: Do you offer treatment to people without insurance?

A:   We offer treatment options for cash-only patients. We strive to make your dental care affordable. Call us for more details.

Q: Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

A:   Sorry, at this time, we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at our dental practices.

Mobile Services

Q: Do I need to work at one of the hotels to be seen at the mobile office?

A:   Anyone can be seen at our mobile office, not just casino employees. We are here to make your dental care convenient and accessible for you. The mobile office accepts most insurance plans, not just those for hotel and casino employees.

Q: Can members of my family be seen at the mobile office, or is it just for employees?

A:   Of course! We can see you and your family at any of our 3 locations.

Q: Where is the mobile office located and on what days?

A:   Please refer to the Locations page of our website to find where the mobile office will be for the next few weeks. You can also see us at our office locations, conveniently located in a neighborhood near you.

Q: How do I get to the mobile dental office?

A:   Please call our office at 702-869-8031 and we can give you detailed directions depending on the offices’ Location.

Q: Is the mobile office a fully operating dental office or is it just for basic cleanings and exams?

A:   Our mobile dental office is a state-of-the-art dental office that has the same capabilities as traditional dental offices. We are able to provide everything from simple cleanings to complex procedures such as root canals and implants, and everything in between.

Q: What are the hours of the mobile dental office?

A:   The mobile office sees patients from 8am to 5pm Monday–Friday.

Treatment and Services

Q: Does your office do implants?

A:   Yes! Dr. Mark Fotovat received Dental Implant Training from the London Institute and the Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Mark performs implants on the mobile office Monday–Friday.

Q: If I am having a tooth pulled, will I need someone to come with me and drive me home?

A:   We use local anesthetic, so you should be fine to drive yourself home. However, if you would feel more comfortable having someone drive you home, we have waiting rooms to accommodate your guest during your procedure.

Q: Do you see children?

A:   Yes we do.

Q: At what age should I bring my child in for their first dental exam and cleaning?

A:  Our doctors recommend bringing children in for their first exam at age 3. We suggest bringing your child with you during one of your appointments first to let them get comfortable with our doctors and hygienists, and to learn that going to the dentist does not have to be scary!

Q: Will I have a lot of paperwork to do once I arrive for my visit?

A:   You will have a few sheets of paperwork to fill out before being seen in our office. If you would like to fill them out before you arrive, you can access them on our website here and complete the form online.

Q: Do any of your offices offer orthodontics or other specialty services?

A:   At this time, all of our offices are general practices. We do not offer specialty services.
